What are the Sessions Like?
- Every block starts with a short consultation to understand your goals
- Sessions are tailored to your age, ability and any injuries
- Focus is on improving strength, movement and flexibility
- Coaching ensures correct technique and muscle recruitment throughout
You won't be left guessing or just counting reps - you'll be coached.

- Monthly gym membership or daily passes can be purchased if required
How it Works and Pricing
- Single session: £30 (60 mins in advance)
- Block of 5 sessions: £25 per session
- Gym passes can be purchased on arrival
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to get started smoothly
